Company overview

MCS Office Technologies is a turn-key technology solution provider based in Central Illinois. In business since 1997, our goal is to provide customers with the information, products, research, services, and training to meet their technology needs.

MCS focuses on what the “true” customer needs are. We discuss each and every phase of even the smallest projects to ensure they are quoted correctly, ensuring the solution we are proposing will be successful. Many times we are able to come up with better solutions than what may be in mind by just discussing all aspects of what the needs are. We not only provide the consulting for each project, we follow through with the equipment, software, implementation, and support to offer a truly turn-key solution.

Our staff is highly motivated and experienced in many technologies including Microsoft, HP, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, Symantec, and more.

Service that makes a difference

MCS utilizes a complete service flow beginning with a work order, which is not closed until the work is completed. This allows for an organized and timely support experience for all customers. We assign a specific technician to your account that understands your network and will handle your support needs. This technician will update our other MCS technicians with specific information concerning each of their customers. This can be useful under conditions where the primary technician is unavailable to immediately assist their customer. Someone at MCS is always aware of major changes in the environment so that they can properly support your systems.

Our Vision

It is often frustrating to work with vendors who point the blame elsewhere, and don’t work to resolve the issue. We don't take that approach at MCS. We handle discussions between each vendor or service provider to get the issue resolved quickly and diplomatically.

MCS is committed to working with vendors who might support a portion of your environment. If there is an issue and it is unclear where the problem is, we will work diligently with all vendors involved to get the problem identified and come up with an appropriate solution.
