Ethernet*

Your computer must have an Ethernet port or a router that is Ethernet-friendly.

• Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7
• Mac OS X

*An Ethernet port looks similar to a phone jack, but is wider and larger. If you do not have an Ethernet port on your computer please let the technician know before your service installation.

**Your computer must meet the minimum requirements of the above operating systems. Please note that for the best high-speed experience, we recommend that you have a least 1GB of memory or more.
