Bell Racing selected MCS to facilitate their transition to Office 365. MCS engineers successfully migrated their previous email data from their on-premises environment to Office 365. Additionally, MCS set up password sync with Bell Racing's local Active Directory, simplifying processes for employees. By using Office 365, Bell Racing employees can collaborate more
efficiently. They can use the capabilities of Skype for Business, such
as presence, IM, and desktop sharing, to connect and share information
internally and with partners.
MCS upgraded all of Bell Racing's computers to Microsoft Office 2016, as part of the Office 365 plan selected by Bell Racing. Because Office 365 provides Office licenses for up to five devices, employees were able to deploy Microsoft Office on their personal computers and tablets at home. MCS assisted setting up Bell Racing employees' personal smartphones to access their corporate email accounts. Additionally, Bell Racing was interested in Windows 10, and many of their devices were upgraded to Windows 10 as a part of this project.
