MCS utilizes a complete service flow beginning with a work order, which is not closed until the work is completed. This allows for an organized and timely support experience for all customers. We assign a specific technician to your account that understands your network and will handle your support needs. This technician will update our other MCS technicians with specific information concerning each of their customers. This can be useful under conditions where the primary technician is unavailable to immediately assist their customer. Someone at MCS is always aware of major changes in the environment so that they can properly support your systems.

After months of meetings, the merger of Topflight Grain Cooperative and East Lincoln Farmers Grain became effective. Topflight needed these locations connected. MCS was selected to integrate the new locations into the rest of Topflight's network.
